Graduate Students in Visual Studies (GSVS) is a graduate organization at Missouri State University. Members of this organization are professional artists and designers pursuing their terminal degrees. The mission of GSVS is to create an inclusive and supportive environment for graduate students in visual studies. This environment will enable them to explore creative ideas, develop their artistic practice, and engage with peers, faculty, and the broader art community. They strive to foster an environment of critical engagement and collaboration by providing resources, programming, and opportunities to enhance their membership's intellectual and creative development. GSVS envisioned a unique logo that showcased artistic expression, and individuality. The logo and brand identity will be used for web icons, social media, t-shirts, and promotional flyers.
