My Teaching philosophy
During my undergraduate years, the support of dedicated educators helped me transform obstacles into growth opportunities, a philosophy I am now committed to paying forward as a student-centered instructor. I hold students to high standards in conduct, time management, and work quality, reinforcing these values with structured, organized content, clear objectives, and consistent deadlines. I believe fostering work ethic, self-discipline, and personal responsibility not only strengthens individual students but also contributes to the well-being of our communities. My assignments are designed to be both engaging and challenging, encouraging students to think critically and express themselves creatively. I prioritize a diverse classroom environment, where students from all backgrounds feel respected, comfortable, and empowered to perform at their best. Exposure to a wide range of perspectives builds a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere. My goal is to create a classroom experience that values work ethic, lifelong learning, and diversity, enabling students to become responsible citizens, resilient learners, and well-rounded individuals.
